2. Request the migration
Migration requests can be submitted securely through your client area once your account is set up. You’ll be able to select which hosting package you’d like the website to be migrated to, then provide any relevant details about the site and any specific requirements you may have.
To complete the migration, we’ll need access to your current hosting provider (see below for the information required). Once your request is submitted, a dedicated support agent will be assigned and a communication thread will be opened, so we can quickly follow up if we need anything further.
