What counts as a “website fix”?

A website fix is any small-to-medium change that improves the functionality, design, or performance of your site. This includes updating text or images, fixing layout issues, improving mobile responsiveness, troubleshooting errors, adjusting forms, and making general enhancements.

If you’re unsure whether something qualifies – just ask. If it takes less than a few hours, it almost always does.

How quickly are fixes completed?

Most requests are completed within 24–72 hours, often sooner. Urgent issues such as broken pages or enquiry forms are prioritised because we understand how critical your website is to your clinic.

Is there a limit to how many fixes I can request?

We do offer a one-off fix service, however with our unlimited fixes package, no – you can submit as many requests as you like.

We simply work through them one at a time to ensure each change is handled properly and tested before going live.

(This prevents rushed updates that could break other parts of your site.)

Do you work on websites you didn’t build?

Before starting, we’ll carry out a quick technical review to ensure your website is built on a platform we can safely support (such as WordPress).

If your site has deeper structural issues, we’ll explain everything clearly and recommend the best path forward.
