How quickly are fixes completed?

Is there a limit to how many fixes I can request?

We do offer a one-off fix service, however with our unlimited fixes package, no – you can submit as many requests as you like.

We simply work through them one at a time to ensure each change is handled properly and tested before going live.

(This prevents rushed updates that could break other parts of your site.)

Do you work on websites you didn’t build?

Before starting, we’ll carry out a quick technical review to ensure your website is built on a platform we can safely support (such as WordPress).
