A seamless migration. A smarter platform. A stronger clinic
How our website migration service works
Quick turnaround
No long wait times or vague estimates. We can usually begin your migration straight away, or schedule it for a time that suits you.
Automatic cPanel transfer
If you're migrating from a cPanel/WHM host, we can move your websites across in bulk using the built-in cPanel backup and restore feature.
Unlimited Migrations
Request migrations whenever you like, with no limits. Move a handful of sites now, and the rest at a later date — completely on your schedule.
Preview your site
We can provide preview links so you can test and review your site before we point it to our systems.
No Downtime
We can migrate your website with no downtime. We’ll fully test everything on our systems before updating your DNS, ensuring a smooth switch-over.
Automatic cPanel transfer
We can migrate your website from any hosting provider, as long as we have the required access. Alternatively, you can supply a full backup of your website files and database for us to restore.
Emails Included
Need to bring your email history with you? We can complete an IMAP transfer to migrate your mailboxes, messages, and folders securely.
Dedicated Team
Our migration team is highly experienced and specialises exclusively in moving websites onto our platform. With a streamlined process and dedicated focus, we can handle everything from single-site transfers to large-scale migrations—often completing hundreds in a day.
2. Request the migration
Once you’ve created an account, you can submit a migration request securely via your client area. Simply choose the package you want the website moved to and share any helpful information about your site or any special requests.
We’ll also ask for access to your current hosting provider (details below). Your request will create a direct conversation with our team, so we can quickly follow up if we need anything else.
1. Place a new order
The first step is to choose and order your new web hosting plan through our website. You can select any of our hosting packages, and if you’re unsure which one is best for you, our support team will be happy to help.
3. Preview and complete
Depending on the type of migration you’ve requested, we may provide a preview link so you can review and test your website before it goes live. Once you’re happy everything has been migrated successfully, you (or we, if your domain is managed with us) can update your domain’s nameservers or DNS records to point to the new server.
Our standard nameservers are:
ns1.stablepoint.com
ns2.stablepoint.com
ns3.stablepoint.com
ns4.stablepoint.com

Frequently asked questions - Website Migrations
Yes — we can migrate your website from virtually any hosting provider, as long as we have the required access. We regularly handle migrations from providers such as 20i, Tsohost, DreamHost, IONOS and many others.
We can usually begin your migration straight away. However, if we’re experiencing a high volume of requests, or your current host is particularly slow, it may take a little longer. If you need your migration to take place at a specific time, please schedule it with us at least 24 hours in advance.
We’ll need access to your existing hosting control panel and/or FTP details so we can securely retrieve your website files. If you’d like us to migrate email from a platform outside of cPanel, we’ll also need the current mailbox passwords to perform an IMAP copy.
No, your website and emails won’t go down during the migration. Your site will remain live on your current hosting until the transfer is complete, and we’ll then update your nameservers to point to Aspirium. This means there’s no interruption and your website remains accessible throughout.
Once your migration is complete, we’ll let you know it’s time to switch your nameservers across. If your domain is managed with us, we can make this change on your behalf. Once you’ve confirmed everything has transferred correctly and your website is working as expected, you can then cancel your service with your previous provider. At that point, you’ll be fully live with Aspirium.
