Getting started with Design Studio
Create marketing materials for your clinic using prepared templates, your brand details and a library of healthcare images.
What you can do in Design Studio
Design Studio helps you create graphics and other marketing materials without starting from a blank page. You can choose a prepared template, edit its text and images, add your clinic branding, and download the finished design.
Your work is saved to My Designs, so you can return to it later.
Before you begin
For the best results, make sure your clinic name, logo and brand colours are up to date in My Brand. You can still create a design if you have not added everything yet.
It also helps to have the wording you want to use ready, such as the name of a treatment, an offer or an event.
1. Choose a template
Open Design Studio and browse the templates. Use the search box or category filter to find a design that suits what you want to create.
Select a template to open it in the editor. You can change the content and make it your own.
Tip: Choose a template based on its layout. You can replace the wording, colours and images once it opens.
2. Add your clinic details
In the editor, select an item on the design to change it. You can edit text, move items around and adjust their appearance using the available controls.
If the template includes prepared fields for clinic details, check that the information shown is correct before downloading. Add or update your details in My Brand where needed.
3. Find a suitable image
Open Healthcare Photos in the editor to browse images selected for healthcare marketing. Search for a subject or use a category such as physiotherapy, osteopathy or rehabilitation.
Choose an image that fits your message, then place and position it in your design.
Before publishing: Check that your image and wording accurately represent the services your clinic offers.
4. Save your work
Your design is saved as you work. Give it a clear name so you can recognise it later—for example, “October back pain post” rather than “Untitled Design”.
To continue working on an existing design, return to My Designs and select it.
5. Download your finished design
When you are happy with the result, use the editor’s download option and choose the file format you need.
Check the downloaded file before posting or printing it. In particular, look for spelling mistakes, cropped text, the correct clinic details and image quality.
Using AI Create
AI Create can help you get started with wording or design ideas. Give it a clear description of the audience, subject and tone you want.
For example:
“Write a friendly Instagram post for an osteopathy clinic explaining when someone might seek help for back pain. Avoid promising a cure.”
Review and edit anything it generates before using it. You are responsible for checking that claims about treatments, outcomes and offers are accurate and appropriate for your clinic.
