What is the Marketing Dashboard?
Your Marketing Dashboard brings together the reports available for your clinic. Depending on the services and accounts connected, you may see information about website traffic, search visibility, online enquiries and marketing activity.
Your dashboard is prepared for your clinic, so the reports you see may differ from those shown to another Aspirium member.
Getting started
- Sign in to your Aspirium account.
- From your member dashboard, select Marketing Dashboard.
- Choose a report to explore.
- Check the date range before comparing results.
If your dashboard has not been set up yet, you may see a message asking you to contact us. We’ll help connect the available data sources and prepare your reports.
Choosing a date range
The date range controls which period a report covers. Before drawing a conclusion, check whether you are viewing the last week, month or a longer period.
Where a comparison is available, use it to see how the current period differs from an earlier one. Remember that a short date range can show sharp changes that are less significant over several months.
Understanding your reports
Website traffic
Website traffic reports can show how many people visited your site and which pages they viewed. They may also show how visitors found you, such as through search engines, social media or links from other websites.
A rise in visits can be encouraging, but traffic alone does not tell you how many people contacted or booked with your clinic.
Search visibility
Search reports can help you follow how your clinic appears in search results. Depending on what is connected, you may see information about search queries, page performance or rankings being tracked.
Search visibility often changes gradually. Look for patterns over time instead of focusing on a single day’s movement.
Enquiries and actions
If suitable tracking has been configured, your dashboard may show actions such as contact form submissions or clicks to call your clinic.
These figures only cover actions that are being tracked. An appointment made by phone or through an external booking system may not appear unless that connection has been set up.
Marketing activity
You may also see reports for connected marketing channels. The channels available depend on which accounts your clinic uses and what you have authorised Aspirium to connect.
A useful way to review your dashboard
Try checking your dashboard once a month and asking:
- Are more people finding the clinic?
- Which pages or channels are bringing visitors in?
- Are those visitors taking useful actions?
- What changed since the previous month?
- Is there anything we should investigate or improve?
The most useful insights usually come from trends across several months, alongside what you know is happening in your clinic.
Why some figures may not match
Different services can measure the same activity in different ways. For example, a website analytics tool, a search platform and your booking system may each report a different number for what seems like the same period.
Differences can be caused by date ranges, time zones, privacy settings, blocked tracking, repeat visits and how each service defines an action. If a figure looks unexpected, contact us and tell us which report and date range you are viewing.
Common questions
Why is my dashboard empty?
Your reports may still be awaiting setup, or a connected service may need attention. Contact us if you expected to see data and nothing appears.
How often is the data updated?
Update times depend on the connected service. Some reports may take longer than others to show recent activity, so today’s figures may be incomplete.
Can I see appointment or revenue data?
This depends on the clinic software you use and whether a suitable connection has been configured. Do not assume appointments or revenue are included unless they appear in your dashboard and Aspirium has confirmed how they are measured.
Why can’t I access the Marketing Dashboard?
First check that you are signed in with the account associated with your membership. Dashboard access is available with eligible Aspirium memberships. If you believe you should have access, contact us.
Can someone else at my clinic view the reports?
Contact us before sharing your login. We can discuss the appropriate way to provide access for another member of your team.
Need help interpreting a report?
Send us the name of the report, the date range you selected and what you would like to understand. A screenshot can help, provided it does not include information you would prefer not to share.
